Tapping, acupressure & acupuncture
Tapping, also known as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) uses light pressure on certain points on your body. It is a type of acupressure. It is very similar to acupuncture but doesn't require the use of needles. Tapping and acupuncture both help to slow the release of stress hormones while also providing time for mindful relaxation.

The video below on the left introduces an approach to using pressure points of the finger tips combined with deep breathing, as a way of finding a sense of calm, while the video on the right shows a more complex move which again uses deep breathing, but also pressure points on the ears, tongue and roof of your mouth. Surprised? I was when I learnt about this. And here are some other great examples of other pressure points that can be used.
