Ways to feel calmer
It takes practice to be able to keep anxiety away, and even then it is likely to pop up again unexpectedly every now and then. It also takes practice to be prepared so that you are more able to reduce these anxious feelings and calm down again. The links below provide access to videos, apps and other resources to help you develop and practice the skills needed to help prevent anxiety from creeping up on you, and also to be able to calm down more easily when you do experience high levels of anxiety.
